Very tasty with chicken!

Pricey for longer smokes like a pork butt, as you need almost a whole bag for a 17 hour smoke, but a few handfuls add a wonderful flavour to smaller cuts, and compliments chicken and to a lesser extent pork perfectly.

My partner is Scandinavian and he loves smoking fish and meat. We recently discover the Weber Hickory chips and started using them to smoke a salmon on our mexican cheminee BBQ. It makes the fish taste so nice and we had compliments from all our friends!!! It is a must have for BBQ fanatics!

Hickory chips are hard to find and no BarBQ should be without them. A few soaked in water and mingled with the charcoal produces great results.
