I got one of these beds recently fo rmy eight year old and he is delighted with it. The wardrobe is large enough for him to hide in and there is hidden storage space behind the desk for clutter to disappear into. The unit is good and sturdy and took two of us about 2 hours to assemble. Be sure to build it pretty much where you want to place it as when it's finished, it weighs a ton!. Highly recommended.
