Bought this loo seat to liven up my downstairs toilet. Easy to fit and is a substantial loo seat, doesn't feel like there's any risk breaking it lol. Had it for months and everyone always comments on it. The picture does it NO justice it's so sparkly! Now going to buy a silver one for the bathroom. :)

This is great seat very sparkly easy to install looks the part only down side is for the boys as seat doesn't seem to hold up as seat part falls down unless held! But aside from that great value looks great and cleans easily.

Solution toilet seat not staying up!

Hi we had just had this problem, I didn't even think to check the seat staying up aspect (being a women and all) and then when my husband went to the loo he said "The new toilet seat doesn't work!". He-he! The seat wouldn't stay up and he had to hold it. So....up I go, I take the seat off and readjust the fixings, bringing the whole seat further forward. I Then put it back on and now it stays up! Try that - hope it works for you!

really like this, heavy duty easy to clean and will last much longer than the ordinary ones. also very different in style, my grandaughter loves the sparkly bits great for training little ones to use the toilet

Easy to clean, keeps shiny. The only problem are the wing nuts, they are not big enough and are difficult to tighten. My husband is looking for bigger ones to replace them.

This should be looked at seriously as all are too awkward and small to tighten effectively. Please fix this problem or include suitable fittings

Bought a black one and a silver one for the office after 24 years of basic black!!!! Silver for the ladies. Whilst their look may not be everyone's cup of tea, I think they look good. Glitzy but not in a "tarty" way. As someone else said the online picture does not do the product justice. VERY easy to fit. Getting the old one off could be your only problem. Quality product. Would def. recommend.

Picked up a sealed unopened pack, based on choice from the display, but when opened at home it had a terrible deeply rippled surface. Obviously there had been no quality control check - we should NOT have to inspect the product by opening at the sales counter before purchase!
Cost us time and fuel to return it!!
