Juliet wallpaper caught my eye in-store when I was browsing for something to liven up my bedroom.
I was captivated by the richness of the pattern and by the substantial feel to the paper.
It comes in several colourways - red, purple, white - but I chose Gold, in keeping with my room decor.
Having first intended to do only a 'feature' wall, I then considered two, then three, eventually deciding to do all four walls as the room is spacious enough not to be overcome by the pattern.
I'm delighted by the sumptuous look of this paper which has made my bedroom into a 'boudoir'!

The decorator was impressed with the quality of this premium substantial and stylish paper which has been complemented on many occasions. Well done to Homebase for displaying this attractively which saved me the usual headache of wading through pattern books!

The above wallpaper is absolutely stunning and I have had more compliments about this than anything else ever. I was torn between the Red and Gold and opted for the Gold because it was more neutral. I felt I may have tired easily of the Red as it would have made matching other items more difficult.

After spending a month of trawling decorating stores I fell upon this paper which comes in a range of colours including reds, plums & gold tones. It has a 'glitter' sparkle which looks stunning when the light hits it; and I absolutley love the finished look.
I did take samples of both the gold (the one I ended up getting) & plum tones and blue tacked them onto the bedroom wall for a week, just to make sure I was entirely happy with how they looked during natural day light & with the ceiling lights on etc.
Although my dad hung the paper, he said it was lovely to hang with it being a heavy wallpaper.
Reasonably priced per roll, it didn't break the bank as some more 'named' brands could do.

This paper is great, easy to hang and easy to match. I had thought the large pattern would make the room look smaller but not so - I think the amount of cream background allows the pattern to 'breathe' and the room looks absolutely fabulous.
Beware the large pattern match though - I had to buy an extra roll but it was worth it.
