Good robust construction, dual-style fitting, easy to install. I pinned them directly to a solid wall using wallplugs and screws. For heavy items, eg aniPod docking station, the bracing bar ahould be left in place. For light items, eg small ornaments, the bracing bar can easily be removed . Good, sturdy and attractive too. I would recommend them.
