This Emergency Roofseal is easy to apply and dries quickly. The end result is a rugged, quality finish that is rainproof. I added a further coat of Thompson's 10 year Roof Seal to give a smooth matt finish.

Easy instructions on the tin. Did what I wanted - to seal some cracks in the felt on a pretty inaccessible shed roof. Wider cracks do need to be filled with some sort of 'bandage' & you need to dab as well as just brush on to make sure the crack is fully filled.

I bought this cold applied liquid seal to repair a crack at a lap joint in an existing felt roof. It was easy to apply liberally to the roof surface by brush and has provided a good seal during heavy rainfall. I intended it to be reasonably temporary emergency repair to prevent damage to a timber boarded substrate but in the past the product has worked successfully for many months.
