Went & bought this chair, Good deal on Sunday 14 Aug 2010 When I got to my home & started to assemble same with as others say "lots of sweat & *****" then I found arm was broken in 2 places, Phoned branch where purchased from, immediatly agreed to exchange. After traveling 17 Miles back to store there was no more stock avail, But I was allowed to take the demonstration unit from the shop floor . so only had to fit legs to seat as most assembley had been done for me. WELL RECOMENDED

Not a good buy, took ages and ages to get the seat screws to screw in, it took TWO people to try and put it together, not one as said on the instructions. Not cheap chair either, not really happy with it at all.

This is a great chair, much better than the last one i had (one of those cheaper office chairs). Its super comfy, got a good bit of height to it (perfect for high desks). It wheels about a lot better than my last chair, and turns fairly easily as well. As for the construction, its was easy to put together, i have put several cheaper chairs of similar construction together. That been said, first timers may need a hand (or put the chair on its side on the ground when attaching the arms). The chair feels well made and solid, and i am sure it will last for sometime to come.

The chair once assembled is really nice - comfortable and looks good. The only problem with it is the assembly. If you read the reviews there are plenty of complaints about it and with good reason. The instructions are clear enough but if you follow them, the holes on the seat back don't line up. You have to attach the arms to the seat back first and then attach it to the seat. If you follow the instructions you will struggle and swear. Also the plastic arms are easily damaged and get gouged and scratched when struggling to get the bolts in. I would recommend the chair to a friend as it is a really nice piece of furniture but it is not for the faint-hearted.
