I was not sure if this product was the one I wanted to replace a faulty one still fitted. However, the assistant was most helpful and said if it was the wrong one to come back and it would be refunded, even if I have opened the packet. This was reassuring and I did mot need to open the packet, but the refund was done with a smile

this is great for isolating your water .just 1 easy turn with a screwdriver and your water is off saves you having to turn your water off at the stop cock
Nut split while tightening. I have used more than 100 compression fittings and only 2 have failed - both from Homebase. As I needed to finish the job I scavenged a nut from an old fitting so I can't return it.

Purchased as a replacement for a frost damaged plastic valve previously fitted by "experts". This robust metal valve was inexpensive and came with simple instructions and was very easy to fit.
