The footstool looks exactly as it does online, if anything, better as it was larger than expected. The colour is exactly as required.
This item was easy to select and order online, but what really pleased me was the excellent customer service re delivery. I received a phone call, and a time slot was booked. Another to confirm it on the day. Everyone was polite and helpful. I will certainly shop this way again. Well done Homebase.
