Just wanted to leave a review to say how good we found the customer service at the Basildon store - Sharon, as well as the duty manager. We got help loading, customer service was excellent. There was a mix-up on our bill which was sorted out for us. We had bought a lot of different tiles as well as paint so overall we aboslutely will be visiting the store again for worktops, a new sink, taps. In fact Homebase will be our first port of call in future. Good value especially on the 15% off days. Very happy customer.
